ERG typically works either under the main contractor or directly with the end user. Our scope includes the full design, supply and delivery of the OCU (Odour Control Unit) package. We provide a full design package of drawings and documentation during the first weeks of the contract, and follow up the complete Installation, Operating and Maintenance instructions.
Where required, ERG provides site supervision for installation and commissioning support to ensure correct integration with existing infrastructure and rapid system handover. All systems are supported by process performance guarantees, giving clients full confidence in regulatory compliance and long-term reliability.

Biological Scrubbers
Our bio-trickling filters and bio-scrubbers utilise high-performance synthetic media to achieve high removal efficiencies of hydrogen sulphide (H₂S), mercaptans, and VOCs. These systems are particularly effective for sites requiring low-pressure-drop operation and reduced energy consumption, offering low whole-life costs and minimal maintenance.
Carbon Filters
Water regenerable carbon to polish the odour emission to the guaranteed discharge limit. Water regenerable carbon from reputable European carbon media suppliers provides all the advantages of carbon treatment at a fraction of the running cost as the media is regenerated in situ in the vessel.
Packed Tower Chemical Scrubbers
Ammonia scrubbers (sulphuric acid dosed scrubbing solution) and hydrogen sulphide [H2S] scrubbers (caustic dosed scrubbing solution with hypochlorite or peroxide addition) offer robust, reliable operation for high inlet concentrations or when the concentration is variable.
